Becoming a new mom comes with many new changes, including a new role, new identity, and changes to our daily activities and routines. At Inner Strength, we can support you during this transition by offering:

  • Postpartum care plans

  • Mindfulness / Coping strategies (to address emotional stress, overwhelming or anxious feelings)

  • Support with returning to meaningful activities

  • Support with feeling ‘more like yourself

Sometimes, physical or emotional barriers can get in the way of you truly being able to enjoy pleasure and intimacy. We can develop a personalized plan to:

Postpartum Support Groups

At Inner Strength, we firmly believe that participating in a group can provide you with so many benefits, including the opportunity to be around other women who can understand what you are going through. The Postpartum Support Group allows you to be surrounded by other moms while connecting and learning ways to make this motherhood journey smoother. The Postpartum Support Group runs for six weeks and targets moms up to 2 years postpartum. Please call/email for additional information.
